Drug Interactions With Amphetamine and Dextroamphetamine

As with any medication, there are some potential drug interactions with amphetamine and dextroamphetamine. Taking this drug with other medications, such as certain antacids, MAO inhibitors, and certain sleep medications, can lead to problems. Some of these interactions can increase your risk of developing side effects or can even cause life-threatening side effects.
