Drug Interactions With Dextroamphetamine

As with any medication, there are potential drug interactions with dextroamphetamine. Taking dextroamphetamine with other medications, such as Benadryl, Haldol, and Thorazine, can cause potential problems. Taking dextroamphetamine within two weeks of taking a MAO inhibitor can result in life-threatening side effects.
