Protease inhibitors, medications that cause drowsiness, and certain antifungals may interfere with zolpidem oral spray. Some zolpidem oral spray drug interactions can increase your risk of side effects (such as memory loss, extreme drowsiness, or bizarre behavior), while others may increase or decrease the level of zolpidem in your blood.
